Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders in patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing functions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust therapy strategies accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and progress.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Relevant degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to evaluate and develop treatment plans for diverse patient needs.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a rehab or long-term care setting.
• Familiarity with documentation and electronic health records systems.
