Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Evaluate patient needs and develop customized treatment plans.
• Assist patients in improving mobility, relieving pain, and enhancing overall functional capacity.
• Document patient progress accurately using the Raintree EMR system.
• Collaborate with Chiropractic services and other healthcare professionals within the clinic.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for all patients.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• At least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of PT experience in other settings.
• Ability to work weekdays and be flexible to two evenings per week until 7:30 PM.
• Strong communication and patient management skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR), specifically Raintree.
• Experience working in outpatient or clinic-based settings.
