Schedule / Job Type
- Night shift / Travel assignment / 13-week contract
Key Responsibilities
- Operate ultrasound equipment to create images of internal body structures, including bones, organs, and tissues.
- Accurately perform ultrasound procedures following medical protocols.
- Collaborate with medical staff to provide high-quality diagnostic imaging.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures.
- Ensure proper documentation in the electronic medical record system.
Required Qualifications
- Valid BLS, RDMS, and RVT certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years hospital-based experience as an Ultrasound Technologist.
- Proficiency with GE, Discovery 450, X-Ray, MRI, and CT equipment.
- Experience working with Meditech EMR.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ACLS certification (not required but considered a plus).
- Prior experience working in a high-volume hospital setting.
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and handle a fast-paced environment.
