Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatment planning for patients.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to improve patient function and independence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Educate patients and family members on therapy techniques and home programs.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapist license or registration.
- Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as an OT.
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities and patient care standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working with diverse patient populations.
- Familiarity with documentation and electronic health records.
