Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients according to treatment plans.
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI staff prior to assignment start.
• Adhere to licensing and credentialing requirements, including active state licensure.
• Follow procedural and safety protocols, including equipment handling during interviews.
• Participate in credentialing processes and maintain documentation for compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to support patient care and treatment goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid, active occupational therapy license in the state of Delaware.
• Experience in setting and administering occupational therapy treatments.
• Availability to work days on a full-time schedule.
• Ability to complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Credentialing requirements as specified by the facility (contract QA).

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous experience working in outpatient or clinical settings.
• Familiarity with ATI accreditation and documentation procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
