Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the emergency department, following nursing processes.
• Assess patients upon admission and throughout their stay, ensuring timely and accurate evaluations.
• Administer IV medications, blood products, and therapies as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, procedures, and aftercare instructions.
• Document all nursing actions, observations, and patient responses accurately in compliance with hospital protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience, with a minimum of 1 year in critical care or emergency nursing.
• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• Ability to assess, prioritize, and provide emergent care in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a level I trauma or emergency center preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
