Registered Nurse NICU

Job Title: Registered Nurse - NICU Location: Olive Branch, MS Schedule: Full-time, Days

Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote optimal health outcomes • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals • Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed • Educate patients' families on care techniques, treatments, and self-care strategies

Required Qualifications: • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Mississippi • 2+ years of experience in a NICU setting, with a focus on Level IV care and well-baby populations • Current BLS and ACLS certifications • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Experience / Skills: • Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other clinical software systems • Knowledge of neonatal resuscitation and ventilator management • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations and families
