Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to adult and pediatric patients in a hospital setting.
• Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy programs to improve function and independence.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety standards throughout clinical activities.

Required Qualifications

• Valid OT license in North Carolina or the ability to obtain licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant therapy experience.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a hospital environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in inpatient rehabilitation or acute care settings.
• Familiarity with hospital electronic medical records systems.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
