Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Location
• Lancaster, SC

Schedule / Job Type
• Days, 3x12-hour shifts, 7a-7p

Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced ER setting
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor patient status and respond to emergencies promptly
• Document patient information accurately using electronic health record system
• Float within scope to meet facility needs, including between like units or sister facilities
• Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain compliance with licensing and certification requirements

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience
• Valid South Carolina or Compact nursing license prior to start date
• Active ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications
• Willingness to work every other weekend
• Ability to float between units as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills
• TNCC certification preferred but not required
• Experience working in a short-term acute care hospital setting
