Key Responsibilities
- Perform MRI scans on patients using advanced imaging equipment.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
- Follow established protocols to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
- Maintain MRI equipment and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Document procedures and assist with patient care as needed.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to deliver accurate results.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience performing MRI scans in a clinical setting.
- Current ARRT certification in MRI.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Experience with Siemens Aera and Altera 1.5T MRI platforms (latest models preferred).
- Ability to work day shifts on a consistent schedule.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior work in a hospital or outpatient imaging center.
- Knowledge of MRI safety protocols and quality assurance procedures.
- Experience covering major and minor holidays as required.
