Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing patient treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic rehabilitation services to patients based on established protocols.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
• Support patients in their recovery process through therapeutic activities.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and safety regulations.
• Conduct treatments during scheduled hours, including one weekend rotation per month.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license or certification.
• Prior experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic knowledge of therapeutic techniques and patient care protocols.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with elderly or facility-based rehab preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Ability to adapt treatments to individual patient needs.
