Key Responsibilities
- Perform magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging processes.
- Operate advanced MRI equipment and ensure image quality meets departmental standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient information.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to deliver high-quality imaging services.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Certification as an MRI Technologist through ARRT (ARRT-MR) or ARMRIT.
- Less than 1 year of experience as an MRI Technologist.
- Valid certification in radiography (ARRT-R) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- 2+ years of MRI technologist experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of advanced imaging technology and protocols.
- Strong patient communication and care skills.
