Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care to individuals in the IMC, PCU, or stepdown units.
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and document patient progress accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emerging situations during night shifts.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a travel assignment.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in intermediate or progressive care units such as IMC, PCU, or stepdown.
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred.
