Registered Nurse - NICU

Schedule / Job Type:
Travel, Night shifts, 13-week assignment, on-site

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level III NICU setting.
• Monitor and manage critically ill or premature infants using advanced equipment such as BCPAP and HFN.
• Attend deliveries, including C-sections, and provide immediate neonatal care.
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech and CPNS systems.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adhere to hospital policies regarding dress code, hygiene, and safety protocols.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Texas RN license (no temporary licenses accepted).
• Minimum of 2 years of hospital and NICU experience, including Level III NICU.
• BLS and NRP certifications.
• Ability to attend deliveries, including C-sections.
• Proficiency with hospital documentation systems such as Meditech preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience with Neonatal Intensive Care equipment and procedures.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-acuity NICU environment.
