Key Responsibilities
- Assist with surgical procedures and patient care in the operating room
- Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and sterile environments
- Support surgical team with instrumentation and supply management
- Adhere to safety protocols and unit policies during procedures
- Ensure compliance with infection control standards and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Valid surgical technologist certification or license
- Minimum 2 years of surgical tech experience
- Proficiency with surgical procedures and aseptic techniques
- Knowledge of surgical instruments, sterilization, and equipment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a hospital OR setting, particularly in orthopedic or general surgery
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
