Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, 12-hour night shifts, including weekend rotation; call rotation required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care for CVICU patients, ensuring optimal recovery and safety
• Cover Cardiac Critical Care Unit (CVICU) and be willing to assist in the CCU as needed
• Work in a facility with two Cath Labs, including one hybrid lab, supporting cardiac procedures
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Participate in on-call duties, including taking one call shift every two weeks, to ensure continuous patient coverage
• Maintain high standards of critical care, adhering to hospital protocols and safety practices

Required Qualifications

• Strong CVICU nursing skills and experience
• Colorado RN license in good standing
• BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 3 years RN critical care experience, including CVICU work
• Flu vaccination (mandatory from October 1st through April 1st), no declinations accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a smaller or independent hospital setting
• Familiarity with hybrid cath labs and cardiac procedures
