Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to ICU patients.
- Monitor and interpret patient vital signs and conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with procedures such as chest tubes and trauma surgeries.
- Collaborate with medical team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum of 1 year of ICU and progressive care experience.
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Scale.
- Experience with chest tubes, trauma surgeries, and critical care procedures.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a high-acuity ICU setting.
- Ability to handle complex patient needs with professionalism and compassion.
