Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to diverse patient populations.
• Assess patients’ communication, language, voice, and swallowing skills.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress.
• Float to different facilities as needed to meet patient care demands.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Certification in speech-language pathology (ASHA CCC-SLP or equivalent).
• Proven experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience floating between facilities or in diverse clinical environments.
• Knowledge of different therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
