Registered Nurse - Emergency Room
Location: Johns Island, SC
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, night shift (3x12-hour nights, 7 PM – 7:30 AM, 36 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency care to patients in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art ER setting.
• Assist in patient assessment, treatment planning, and timely interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately using the EPIC system.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and protocols, including emergency procedures.
• Support the facility's mission to deliver 24/7 emergency services to the local communities.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of prior ER nursing experience.
• Valid SC or Multi-State/Compact RN license.
• Current American Heart Association certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS.
• Ability to work nights, weekends (every other weekend required), and on-call is not required.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working in a stand-alone emergency department.
• Flexibility to float within scope or between like units if needed (though not required).
• Bilingual skills or advanced trauma certification are a plus.
