- Full-time, 13-week travel assignment, Night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct physical and psychosocial nursing care to psychiatric inpatients and outpatients.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Act as an advocate for patient safety and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote positive patient outcomes.
- Document patient care accurately using the facility’s electronic medical record system.
- Support patients through crisis intervention and psychoeducational support.
Required Qualifications
- Current Idaho Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS or BCLS) certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross.
- Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) or Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training within 30 days of hire.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- At least 1 year of psychiatric or chemical dependency experience.
- Strong trauma-informed care skills and positive, autonomous personality.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure behavioral health environment.
