Job Title
• Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Location
• Johns Island, SC

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, days, 36 hours per week, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide emergency nursing care in a newly opened, stand-alone emergency department serving local communities
• Work collaboratively within a team to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC electronic health records
• Respond efficiently to a variety of emergency situations, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Participate in on-site team meetings and adhere to facility protocols
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience
• Valid SC or Multi-State/Compact RN license
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH, and TNCCT from the American Heart Association
• Willing to work in a new facility with evolving workflows

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Ability to work flexible scheduling with manager approval, including possible block scheduling
• Experience working in a trauma level-appropriate environment (not mandatory)
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, community-focused setting
