Job Title

• Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, day shifts, 3x12-hour days (7 AM - 7:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a 24/7 trauma and emergency services setting.
• Manage patient assessments, interventions, and treatments according to protocols and standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient patient flow and care delivery.
• Document patient information accurately using EPIC EMR system.
• Adapt to unit needs, including floating within scope if required.
• Participate in scheduled weekend rotations and maintain readiness for on-call expectations (no on-call required).

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years ER nursing experience.
• Active RN license in South Carolina or a multi-state/compact license.
• Valid BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIH certifications through the American Heart Association.
• Ability to work 36 hours per week, with flexibility for approved block scheduling.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a trauma or stand-alone emergency department.
• Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
