Key Responsibilities
• Assist in surgical procedures across various units within the hospital setting.
• Float between different surgical departments, including potential assignments to sister facilities.
• Adhere to sterile techniques and ensure patient safety during operations.
• Participate in scheduled on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Follow dress code and infection control protocols standards.

Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surgical Tech.
• Current NBSTSA certification or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Demonstrated ability to float between departments and adapt to different surgical environments.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in a Level II trauma center or acute care hospital.
• Familiarity with diverse surgical specialties and procedures.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
