Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a Level 1 trauma center
- Monitor and assess critically ill or injured patients in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient assessments and treatments accurately using EPIC electronic charting
- Administer medications and treatments following hospital protocols
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout emergency interventions
Required Qualifications
- Valid MA nursing license
- Minimum of 2 years of ER or emergency nursing experience
- Epic electronic health record experience required
- BLS and ACLS certifications through AHA
- Experience working in a Level 1 trauma center preferred
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a busy trauma or emergency setting
- Ability to handle complex medical emergencies efficiently
- Strong collaboration and communication skills

Additional Notes
- Shifts are 12-hour nights, every other weekend, including 2 holidays
- Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant experience and be available for immediate scheduling
- Must be available to check emails consistently for scheduling updates
- Excessive time off around holidays will not be considered
- Employment must be separated from BILH for at least 6 months to be eligible
