Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy assistance to patients in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).
- Ensure patient treatments are delivered effectively according to care plans.
- Maintain a productivity rate of 90%.
- Complete 4 hours of unbillable orientation before caseload responsibilities.
- Work 6-8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
- Complete required documentation and progress notes accurately.
Required Qualifications
- Valid license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Must have experience working in skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).
- Ability to work weekdays, 6-8 hours per shift.
- Strong understanding of occupational therapy practices and patient care.
- Commitment to maintaining high productivity standards.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience with short-term contract assignments.
- Familiarity with documentation systems and electronic health records.
