About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide therapy services to patients in a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans • Conduct occupational therapy sessions, including activities of daily living, mobility, and other therapies • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to achieve treatment goals • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient progress • Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant Studies from an accredited program • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of Massachusetts • 8 hours of dementia training • Ability to pass background checks and other screening processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• New graduate candidates accepted • SNF experience highly preferred
