Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a hospital setting.
- Monitor patient vital signs and assess patient conditions routinely.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient care and communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- At least 1 year of experience in a medical-surgical nursing environment.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working night shifts.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
