Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a hospital setting.
- Float to other units as needed, utilizing appropriate skills and experience.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort while adhering to clinical standards and protocols.
- Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Assist with weekend coverage as required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and active RN license in Tennessee.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Ability to float to different units within the hospital.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a medical-surgical unit.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and excellent communication abilities.
