Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical and Telemetry environment
- Float between units as needed based on patient and skill set demands
- Adhere to facility protocols and ensure patient safety and comfort
- Document patient care accurately using electronic health records
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care for diverse patient populations
- Maintain flexibility to float to various facilities within the region as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oregon
- Previous experience in Medical Surgical and Telemetry units
- Ability to float to multiple units and facilities as needed
- Reliable transportation for traveling assignments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Epic electronic charting system
- Ability to work night shifts effectively
- Prior travel nursing experience or flexible staffing background
