Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general orthopedic patient population.
• Manage a productivity goal of 60 visits per week, seeing approximately 12-14 patients daily, including follow-up visits.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure documentation and treatment plans are accurately maintained and compliant with clinic standards.
• Work closely with supervising directors to approve overtime hours when necessary.
• Perform patient assessments and deliver appropriate therapeutic interventions.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred; new grads are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work independently while adhering to clinic protocols.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Flexibility to float to other clinics is not required.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with patient documentation and electronic health records.
