Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services to a diverse patient population.
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical policies and procedures.
• May float to other clinics within the network as needed, ensuring continuity of patient care.

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Georgia.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, with a productivity target of 60 visits/week.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Recent graduates with outpatient orthopedic experience may be considered.
• Flexibility to work across multiple clinic locations.
• Ability to handle a high patient volume, seeing 12-14 patients daily, with some double-booking of follow-up visits.
