Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Day shifts, Rotating shifts (Monday-Friday), 4x9s (36 hours/week), occasional float to other facilities as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Perform OB/GYN and high-risk obstetric ultrasounds, including anatomy scans, Dopplers, transvaginal procedures, and amniocentesis
- Operate Samsung Hera W10 and Samsung RS 85 Prestige ultrasound equipment to capture diagnostic images
- Collaborate with medical team to ensure high-quality patient care and accurate diagnostics
- Complete required documentation in PACS and ensure compliance with hospital protocols
- Provide outpatient ultrasound services and potentially work at multiple facilities including Women’s Greensboro location and occasional float to ARMC or Women & Children’s units
- Adhere to safety and equipment guidelines, including BLS and MFM experience for OB reporting
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of ultrasound imaging experience
- Current BLS certification
- RDMS certification with OB and MFM experience
- Proficiency in EPIC electronic health record system
- Experience with high-risk obstetric ultrasound, including anatomy and Doppler studies
- Ability to work independently and handle high-risk patient needs
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Teaching hospital experience
- Outpatient ultrasound experience
- Familiarity with additional procedures such as amniocentesis and chronic villi sampling
- Knowledge of PACS system and advanced OB ultrasound techniques
