Schedule / Job Type
• Travel, 8-week assignment, day shifts (9:00 AM - 9:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in surgical procedures within the Main Operating Room 701, supporting various specialties including total joints, spine, transplants, robotics, vascular, ENT, and plastics.
• Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure smooth operation and patient safety.
• Maintain sterile environment and prepare surgical instruments and equipment.
• Adhere to unit policies and guidelines, including those related to technology and safety protocols.
• Support the surgical team during procedures, including call coverage for nights and weekends.
• Ensure compliance with certifications and licensure requirements such as NBSTSA and state licensure.

Required Qualifications
• NBSTSA certification and valid state licensure for Colorado.
• DORA compliance (Department of Regulatory Agencies).
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a surgical setting.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures performed on the unit.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with robotic surgeries or transplant procedures.
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR system.
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced operating room environment.
