Key Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic treatments to patients to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on recovery strategies and injury prevention.
- Comply with all licensing, safety, and healthcare regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Active physical therapist license in the state of Texas.
- Proven experience in setting up and executing treatment plans for diverse patient populations.
- Excellent communication and patient management skills.
- Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and equipment.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a hospital or outpatient rehabilitation setting.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
