Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients to promote mobility and recovery.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
• Provide hands-on therapy and education to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
