Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy services to clients across assigned facilities.
• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated client care.
• Document progress and adjust therapy approaches as needed.
• Support clients in achieving communication goals and improving quality of life.

Required Qualifications
• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license or certification.
• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• Proven experience in speech therapy within a clinical or outpatient setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in diverse or outpatient settings.
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills are a plus.
