Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to telemetry patients in an acute care hospital setting
- Monitor patient cardiac rhythms and respond to abnormal findings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during shift
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri or ability to obtain licensure
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably with telemetry units
- Strong understanding of cardiac monitoring and patient assessment skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in an acute care hospital setting
- Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records system
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively
