Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic MRI procedures independently using proper techniques and contrast media.
- Operate MRI equipment, primarily GE systems, ensuring optimal image quality.
- Coordinate patient flow and assist in department activities to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Adhere to scope of practice, including administration of medications, venipuncture, and maintaining equipment.
- Exercise professional judgment to maintain safety and quality standards; may perform procedures in other imaging modalities as needed.
- Participate in on-call responsibilities and work every other holiday as required.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Allied Health with a focus on Radiologic Technology.
- Certification in ARRT and ODH is required.
- BLS certification through AHA.
- Experience with GE MRI equipment.
- Travel experience preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel imaging experience preferred.
- Ability to perform procedures across multiple imaging modalities.
