Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized ICU care, including MICU, Surgical, Trauma, Shock, or Neuro ICU
• Assume charge nurse responsibilities when required
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
• Float between units as needed, including tele-ICU assignments
• Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech charting system
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of California
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience, with charge experience preferred
• ACLS, BCLS, and NIH certifications
• Ability to work nights and flexible hours as needed
• Comfortable floating between units, including tele-ICU

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Surgical, Trauma, Shock, or Neuro ICU settings
• Prior charge nurse or leadership experience
• Adaptability to a fast-paced acute care environment
