Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in intermediate care, progressive care, and stepdown units.
- Monitor and assess patients with neurological conditions, including neuro-focused cases.
- Float between units as needed to support staffing.
- Document patient progress accurately using the hospital’s Epic charting system.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience, including neuro or stepdown unit preferred.
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Washington.
- Ability to work flexible shifts with an emphasis on days.
- Strong assessment and documentation skills.
- Experience with Epic electronic medical records system is a plus.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in ICU, PCU, or stepdown units.
- Neuro or telemetry nursing experience.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical environments.
