Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 12-hour night shifts, on-site
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient interactions accurately in the Epic charting system.
- Float within scope to meet departmental needs and support other units when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Valid SC or Multi-State/Compact RN license.
- Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association.
- Epic electronic health record experience.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- CPR Certification Program (CPI).
- TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course) certification.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, though block scheduling is not offered.
