We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our therapists in providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with physical therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans • Assist with patient assessments, evaluations, and interventions • Conduct exercises, modalities, and other therapeutic interventions as directed • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records • Ensure a productive and efficient work environment • Adhere to facility productivity standards (85% for PT, OT, SLP; 90% for PTA, COTA)
Requirements:
• Current certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Basic life support (BLS) certification preferred
