Key Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing care through triage, prioritization, and life-saving interventions.
• Care for patients of all ages in a fast-paced ER environment.
• Utilize equipment such as Cerner, cardiac monitors, and basic life support tools.
• Document patient information accurately using computerized systems.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure prompt and effective patient care.
• Maintain ready knowledge of emergency procedures including ACLS and PALS protocols.

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of emergency room nursing experience.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Certifications including BLS, ACLS through AHA, and PALS.
• ASN or BSN degree.
• Experience with Cerner and patient monitoring equipment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a 15-bed emergency department.
• Ability to work independently without floating to other units.
• Strong prioritization and critical thinking skills.
