Job Title
• Registered Nurse - ICU

• Spencer, IA
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, rotating shifts, 12-hour daytime and nighttime shifts
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality intensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting
• Monitor patient vital signs and administer medications accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Adapt to floating to additional nursing departments based on census needs
• Maintain compliance with all safety and hospital protocols
Required Qualifications
• Valid registered nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years experience in ICU or critical care nursing
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to work rotating day/night shifts, including weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun)
Preferred Experience / Skills
• PALS and TNCC certifications are a plus
• Strong critical thinking and compassionate patient care skills
