Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized critical care nursing to patients in the ICU environment, ensuring high-quality assessments, interventions, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions following clinical protocols.
- Monitor patient conditions closely, responding to changes promptly and effectively.
- Document patient care accurately and maintain detailed records conforming to hospital policies.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and care procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Current unencumbered RN license in Oregon.
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification.
- AHA ACLS certification.
- NIHSS certification.
- Evidence of critical care training.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- One or more years of recent ICU or critical care nursing experience.
