Key Responsibilities
- Assist in surgical procedures across a variety of specialties, including orthopedics, neurosurgery, general surgery, ENT, plastics, GYN, robotics, podiatry, and dental.
- Prepare operating rooms and ensure sterile environments.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to support patient care during procedures.
- Maintain documentation and adhere to hospital protocols.
- Float to various surgical units as needed, following facility guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- NH Medical Tech License required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a hospital setting in surgical services.
- Ability to work mixed shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with orthopedic, trauma, neurosurgery, or robotics surgeries.
- Knowledge of Meditech EMR system.
- Friendly, professional, and self-motivated demeanor.
- Ability to scrub most surgical specialties.
