Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive perinatal care across the full spectrum of maternal and newborn services.
• Collaborate with a team to support prenatal evaluations, labor and delivery, and postpartum care.
• Assist in intraoperative and recovery procedures for operative deliveries.
• Care for well babies and manage special care for premature or high-risk newborns.
• Adhere to hospital policies and ensure patient safety and comfort during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods.
• Support partner dyads and provide education to new parents.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of labor and delivery nursing experience.
• Comfortability working in the operating room setting preferred.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) – AHA certification.
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification.
• Ability to work night shift with rotation every other weekend.
• Flu vaccine required during onboarding (declinations not accepted).

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a hospital associated with a Level III or higher neonatal intensive care unit.
• Familiarity with intraoperative maternal care procedures.

Additional Details

• Must have been separated from BILH for at least 6+ months to be considered.
• This assignment is local, onsite in Beverly, MA.
• Contract commitment includes 72 hours guaranteed biweekly, excluding on-call hours.
