Key Responsibilities
- Assess and develop treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and pain management
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and families on treatment options and home exercises
Required Qualifications
- Valid State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Proven experience in a clinical or outpatient setting
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working with diverse patient populations
- Additional certifications such as CPR or specialized therapy training
