Key Responsibilities
- Provide inpatient telemetry nursing care in a 12-hour rotating day/night schedule.
- Rotate every 4 weeks between day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) and night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM).
- Work every other weekend, including Saturdays and Sundays for day shifts, Fridays through Sundays for night shifts.
- Float to various units such as ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU, and other boarding units as needed.
- Adhere to all hospital protocols and maintain high standards of patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Current BLS (AHA) certification.
- Active RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Ability to pass day one formal testing.
- Minimum of 6 months of recent inpatient experience; travel experience preferred but not required.
- Must have at least 12 months of recent telemetry nursing experience.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- ACLS (AHA) and NIHSS certifications are preferred.
- Level 1 trauma experience is highly preferred.
- Experience floating to various inpatient units and handling complex cases.

Additional Notes
- BILH cover sheet is required at the time of submission.
- Day one pass/fail testing will be administered.
- Relias practice tests are available via Relias.
- No Christmas time off will be approved.
- Weekly start dates (Mondays).
- Guaranteed minimum of 72 hours biweekly; hours do not include on-call time.
- Floating occurs in 4-hour blocks, which is rare but possible.
- Candidates must be separated from BILH for at least 6 months to be considered (for permanent, per diem, or contract roles).
