Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical/Tele
Location: Winston-Salem, NC
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, 12-hour night shifts, contract (13-16 weeks)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to renal and limb preservation patients on a 41-bed telemetry unit.
• Monitor and interpret dysrhythmias, manage patient symptoms related to ESRD, ARF, vascular procedures, CHF, diabetics, and diabetic foot ulcers.
• Administer treatments, including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
• Document patient care using electronic medical records and adhere to unit protocols.
• Participate in self-scheduling based on unit needs, with possible weekend rotations every other week.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a telemetry or similar setting.
• Experience with dysrhythmia interpretation and management.
• Current BCLS certification.
• Ability to pass an EKG test prior to start.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• ACLS and NIH certifications are highly preferred.
• Prior travel nursing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
